As the softball season is approaching, there is excitement from both the coaches and players! Last year the girls had a great undefeated season, 22-0. The girls have grown and learned so much into the players they are today. “Seeing that the girls are happy, successful, have a good time, become better people, and grow personally as a human is what keeps me motivated during the practice and games,” said Coach Nicole Silenok. 

The girls themselves are equally as motivated. Players want to keep improving on their skill sets like hitting and defense to help lead their team to states and championships. It’s clear that they’re dedicated to elevating their game and pushing each other to be better every day.

One of the highlights of the season is the sisterhood within the team. The girls share a family-like bond, and the friendships they’ve built are a huge part of the fun. The energy at the games is energizing, and they love the sunny weather that makes each match even more enjoyable. The team thrives off the support and excitement of their fans, and the spirit of competition makes every victory even sweeter.

This year, they’re particularly excited to face off against their sworn nemesis, CompSide. After beating them last season, the team is fired up and ready to defend their title. With so much anticipation building up, the girls and coaches are eager to hit the field and see what this season has in store!
